T he sounds of champagne corks popping and Center friends celebrating resounded into the night, as we feted the approval of the Kids’ Campus building plans. After three tense months of review by the El Monte Planning Commission, the Kids' Campus underwent yet another level of scrutiny, this time by the City Council, addressing the issue of parking.
